I'm a second year student in the computer science master: Industry 4.0 at the University of Pau and Pays. In the past I graduated from the National University of Colombia as Systems and Computer Engineer and After graduating I made a specialization in electronic government also in the National University of Colombia.
I worked for a year and a half as an engineer in the project of integration of information systems. In this project I was responsible for the design of the solutions, management of requirements with end users and the management of software suppliers.
In my freetime I enjoy to go outdoor and do trekking. My favorite activity is to travel.
When I am indoor I like to read about nutrition, fitness and history. Also, I like to see historical movies.
The problem being addressed in this study is the development of an intelligent device used to play music based on the heart rate and user training preferences using autonomic computing as support. The main parts that are included in this device are a cardiac pulse sensor and a smartphone in which the music will be played. However, these elements are not the only ones and need other complementary elements to fulfill the objective of the project. The hardware components should also include the Arduino card, the Bluetooth device and the headphones. In addition to these hardware components is a software component that must be installed in smartphones. The hardware components are responsible for measuring the heart rate and sending it to the smartphone so that it processes the information and reproduces the correct selection of music according to the user's pulse and training objectives. according to the approach of the autonomic computation These are the stages of monitoring and execution. On the other hand, the software component will be responsible for the analysis and planning.
